Chris is a successful entrepreneur with experience of for-profit and social enterprise start-ups. He has specific experience in fund-raising for commercial and social enterprises. He is also a founding director Community Energy Wales and is on the steering committee of the Big Lottery’s £600,000 Sustainable Steps project ,supporting peer-to-peer learning in community sustainability. He is also the Chair of Felin Talgarth Mill and a founding director of a community cafe and bakery in Talgarth. He is a published author and part-time lecturer on business management. He has previously been Managing Director of an international publishing business, internet entrepreneur andprivate equity Investment Director. Recognised in the 2010 Wales Green List for his contribution to community sustainability. Founding Director of The Green Valleys (Wales ) CIC, and TGV Hydro.
When Chris isn’t working on hydro schemes you can find him baking bread at Felin Talgarth Mill.
